Fulfillment standard

How we select directories and prove each submission

autosubmissionproduct is a manual fulfillment service. This is the process used to decide where a product fits, keep its facts consistent, complete each form, and show the customer what was actually submitted.

Campaign process

  1. 1

    Check product eligibility

We confirm that the product is publicly accessible and has enough accurate information to complete a listing without inventing claims.

  2. 2

    Shortlist relevant directories

We select from the maintained pool using product category, audience fit, submission availability, account requirements, and placement rules.

  3. 3

    Prepare one factual asset pack

The product name, canonical URL, positioning, category, pricing, logo, screenshots, and contact details become the source of truth for the campaign.

  4. 4

    Adapt and submit by hand

A person follows each directory's field limits and category choices, adapts the description without changing core facts, and completes the submission flow.

  5. 5

    Record timestamped proof

Every completed slot receives a screenshot or confirmation, submission status, and directory record in the customer dashboard.

  6. 6

    Replace ineligible destinations

A paid-only placement, phone gate, category mismatch, closed form, or similar blocker is logged and replaced so the campaign still contains 50 completed submission slots.

What makes a directory eligible?

Eligibility is product-specific. A directory needs a working submission route, a relevant audience or category, and a path that can be completed without paying for placement or making claims the product cannot support.

  • Audience and category fit
  • Publicly accessible submission route
  • No paid-only placement requirement
  • Requirements the customer can satisfy
  • A useful product or company profile
  • No need to invent performance claims

What the proof does—and does not—show

Proof shows that the directory's submission flow was completed for the product. It can be a final confirmation screen, confirmation message, or another timestamped record that identifies the destination and submitted product.

Submitted means

The relevant form or workflow was completed and a record was saved.

Submitted does not mean

The directory approved or published the listing, or that traffic and rankings will improve. Directory owners and search engines control those outcomes.

Directory independence

autosubmissionproduct is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or able to control the directories in its campaign pool. Directory names and links identify possible destinations; each directory sets its own review, publication, account, fee, and removal rules.
